T-Acetobutyric acid was synthesized organic chemically, and the reduction of carbonyl group of Y-acetobutyric acid was carried out by yeast enzyme.
Carbonyl group of T-acetobutyrie acid (8-keto acid) was not affected by yeast enzyme.
